Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- You will be responsible for developing MIS Documentation for continuous operations & good system maintenance.
- Will be supporting backend work of different functions,workflow monitor,CCM & PEGA monitor and email issues.
- Will be working with reporting manager & different units to solve queries with customer services delivery.
- You will be responsible for creating and sharing management reports on time and in accurate way.
- You will be responsible for Savings coordination,analysis of key Figures,budgeting/forecasting and presentations.
- To solve up the pending queries and give recommendations to update MIS to improve reporting in efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- You are flexible to work in any shifts.
- Knowledge of Excel,Powerpoint and VBA will be a plus.
- Completed bachelor’s degree with minimum 60%.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.
